Therapy for Overwhelmed Women in Utah
Serving Park City, Salt Lake City and beyond
Helping women who feel anxious, overwhelmed or stretched too thin find calm, clarity, and balance.
Many of the women I work with are capable, thoughtful, and successful—but privately feel overwhelmed by the pressure to manage everything.
Does This Sound Like You?
You may be someone who appears capable and put together on the outside—but internally feels overwhelmed trying to keep up with everything life demands.
• You feel constantly busy but never fully caught up
• Your mind is always running—thinking, planning, worrying
• You feel responsible for everything at work and at home
• You often feel overwhelmed, even when things are going well
• You have high expectations for yourself and struggle to slow down
• You find it hard to relax or “turn off” your mind
• You worry you’re not doing enough, even when you’re doing a lot
• You feel stretched thin by work, parenting, and daily responsibilities
If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone—and therapy can help you find a calmer, more manageable way forward.

What is Online Tele-Therapy?
Tele-therapy is the online delivery of psychological services via secure high-resolution, live video conferencing. Tele-therapy sessions are very similar to traditional therapy sessions with one major exception: rather than sitting in the same room, clients and clinicians interact via live video conferencing.
Can I use my insurance if appointments are out-of-network?
The short answer is “maybe.” I am an in-network provider for Aetna. Otherwise, check with your insurance provider and ask about your “out of network” coverage for Teletherapy. On the FAQs page of this site, you can find some helpful tools to help you navigate this.
