Online Teletherapy for Women in Utah, California, and Florida
High-quality therapy,
wherever you are.
Secure, HIPAA-compliant video sessions that fit into your life — not the other way around. Available to women throughout Utah, California, and Florida.
What is teletherapy?
Teletherapy is therapy conducted via secure video call instead of in person. It's the same high-quality, evidence-based care you'd receive in a traditional office setting — delivered through your screen.
Research consistently shows that teletherapy is just as effective as in-person therapy for anxiety, depression, and stress. For many clients, it actually has advantages: no commute, no waiting room, and no need to arrange childcare or take time off work.
All sessions are conducted through a HIPAA-compliant, encrypted platform — meaning your privacy is fully protected and our conversations are completely confidential.

Teletherapy FAQ
Yes. Multiple peer-reviewed studies and meta-analyses have found that teletherapy — particularly for anxiety and depression using CBT — produces outcomes equivalent to in-person treatment. The American Psychological Association supports teletherapy as an effective service delivery model.
Absolutely. All sessions are conducted through a HIPAA-compliant, encrypted video platform. Your sessions are confidential, with the same legal and ethical protections that apply to all mental health treatment. You can review the Notice of Privacy Practices here.
Yes — as long as you are physically in California, Florida, or Utah at the time of your session. Psychologists are licensed by state, so I must be licensed where you are during the session. If you travel frequently between these states, we can continue working together seamlessly. If you travel outside these three states, we would pause sessions until you return.
A device with a camera and microphone (laptop, tablet, or smartphone), a reliable internet connection, a private space where you won't be interrupted, and 50 minutes. Headphones are optional but often improve audio quality and privacy. No software downloads needed — sessions run in your browser.
I am an in-network Aetna provider, and Aetna covers teletherapy sessions. I also provide monthly superbills for out-of-network clients, which you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement — many PPO plans reimburse 50–80% after your deductible. See full fees & insurance details.
